Documents required for Singapore visa application (Mumbai Jurisdiction).

• A valid original passport with a minimum validity of 9 months and at least 3 blank Pages. (Submit Recent Physical passport only Old passport not required)
• The visa application form must be completed manually in blue ink and signed by the applicant. If the applicant is a child, either parent must sign the form.
  
• Please provide three recent color photographs with a white background and a matte finish, without specs, ears visible, neutral face.
• The photographs should have 80% face coverage and measure 35*45 mm. Please ensure that the photographs meet the strict specifications set by the government. (Avoid wearing white clothing when having your picture taken) (Photo must not be used in any country visa process)
  
•  Confirmed onward & return flight ticket and hotel reservation.
  
•  A cover letter in the provided format has to be filled. If you are self-employed, print the cover letter on your company letterhead and affix the company stamp. The cover letter can be printed on plain paper if you are employed.
• Salary slip for last 06 months / Employee ID (If Employed).Original bank statements reflecting transactions of the last 6 months with sufficient funds.
  
• If you are self-employed, please provide your business registration, Memorandum of Association (MOA), Partnership deed, or GST details.
  

Inform if travelled to Singapore Previously : Yes/ No, If Yes share travel date and passport number.

Additional Documents

• If you are an invitee, please provide an invitation letter or V-39 form, as well as the passport, visa copies of the inviter & S pass or Visit Pass Copy (FIN Number).
• School/College ID Card (If student); Employee ID Card (if employed).
• If a minor is traveling without either parent, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parent is required. Additionally, please provide ID proof for both parents.
• Sponsorship letter, Sponsor ID proof, updated bank statement (if sponsored).
• Invitation letter from the host company.
• If your spouse’s name is not endorsed, please provide a marriage certificate or wedding card with two photos.
• Please note that for passports not issued in the state of residence, you may submit any one of the following documents as proof of residence.
• Rent Agreement
• Original society letter
• Original letter from the Organization
•  MTNL/BSNL/Electricity/Gas bill (Last month)
